Isn't his name Maximo?

No, we thought it was too...so that's what we told all of you. He was introduced to us as Maximo, and all of his paperwork said Maximo (even his driver's license.) However, about a week ago, Joy met up with the birth mom & she was calling him by his real name, Maximino. Now we just call him Mino. We also found out he has some Hawaiian heritage as well as Hispanic. If anyone would like to fund a trip help us show him around the islands of his forefathers, make checks payable to...

Maximino's 1st week with us

Proud parents indeed...We waited for quite a long time to enjoy this blessing in our lives. We are so happy to have little Maximino with us. This shot was taken on our 3rd day together at a welcoming party for Mino/ Bob's 28th Birthday & New Job Celebration. We have had quite a bit to celebrate recently!

Ahh, the scent of a baby's head is so sweet, no wonder mom's love to cuddle. It's really too bad that the scent is sometimes overpowered by the odor of old formula that gets caught in Mino's deep neck folds ~ very funky at times. This pre-bathtime shot is actually a scratch n' sniff. Go ahead, scratch that screen and take a whiff.
